Shaping Graduate Attitudes For Everyday Life
The Graditude
The Graditude…
The Graditude evolved from a student who graduated in the past 2 years. The creator spent much of his life at university requiring what is presented on this web page, and upon graduation decided to create a site whereby students could go and have the fun they should be having as young adults, but somewhere also when things go wrong, which is inevitable, will be provided with support and guidance which is just as necessary as young adults.
The Creator’s thinking is to develop an attitude; no student on the face of the UK needs to be reminded of the worsening unemployment rates experienced amongst young people, of the job: student ratio present amongst us and of the importance in securing positions for after university. The creator has 100% been there and got the T-shirt; he studied at a Metropolitan University, achieved a 2:1 and secured a highly competitive graduate scheme with a FTSE 100 company.
The secret to success as a young adult leaving university is ATTITUDE.
Hard-work, opportunism and organisation are vital in terms of applications and progression towards interviews, BUT, once you’re sitting in front of three people, who will ultimately decide whether you do or don’t get the job, the one thing that truly counts is attitude. The Graditude is a support system to help young adults studying at university or recent leaders to shape their own attitudes, at a young age.
The thing with unemployment is although it creates hard times and provokes grey-thinking actually there are 1.6m undergraduates in the UK per annum, and 400,000 leaving University each year.
Through hard work, the advice The Graditude offers, and by taking our tips forward and focusing on what you WANT to do, over what's on offer, we will bring down unemployment, change perceptions of the younger student population and change the downward trending curve into a positive-thinking opportunistic generation of talent.
